Statement of Policy

Donnelly Construction Inc. is committed to the safety of its employees.  We have a legal and ethical obligation to provide this service. Donnelly Construction will meet, and strive to exceed, all Federal, State and Local safety standards.

Updated-training and continuing education are important elements in our safety success.  From the managers and office people, to the laborers and equipment operators, we continually train each other in how to avoid the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions that cause accidents. We train in advance for emergency situations; to be better prepared should they arise.

Everyone work’s together to create a safe and healthy workplace.  When you see a hazard, speak-up, take action and make suggestions. Safety is not something to keep to yourself - spread the word! SLAM RISKS!

The programs that follow are based on the Federal Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations (29 CFR1926), and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR, Parts 40, 382, 383, 387, 390-397, 399) and will help us achieve our goal of zero accidents. Failure to comply with OSHA and company policy will result in disciplinary action as outlined in this program. Compliance is required by all subcontractors, suppliers and visitors, as well as employees.

Sincerely,

Carrie D. Speshock - President
